Jordan Vauvert Girl/Boy EP est un tournant dans le style d'Aphex Twin, Richard D. James faisant ses premiers pas dans la drill'n'bass et le breakcore mais avec un twist notable : plutôt que de nous percer les tympans avec des sons frénétiques, sa musique est joviale, presque pop, et humoristique.
Par contre, j'ignore ce que les artistes de breakcore ont avec le lait (Venetian Snares a fait un "Milk", Autechre a un "Milk DX" dans un E.P.)... Il doit y avoir une histoire de croissance et de solidification... Favorite track: Milk Man.
