blushfire HOOLY DOOLY. Such wonderful tech-beats, phenomenal acid funk. Trippy, psychedelic synths. Drum machine go crazy (Aphex Style) Complex song structure, apparently the album was recorded on multiple equipment setups. It’s better than most pop albums despite not being pop. Sporadic lyrics, but when they hit THEY HIT. The retro/futuristic vibe. PIANO CLOSER????? I’d go on but word limit.

This album is soooo good, it’s uncanny. I love it so much. Blep

hakr0cat Another spectacular album from Aphex Twin. Absolutely killer. Was it worth the 13 year wait? Every song on this album is perfectly placed, from first to last, they always hit the spot, and they snap together amazingly with the prior track and leads into the upcoming perfectly. Everything, down to the last drum break, vocal sample, or acid bass, all work together excellently to make this masterpiece what it is. Difficult to choose a favorite from this album, every track has something to offer. Favorite track: minipops 67 [120.2][source field mix].

Magic in its purest form. I love Floating Points, I love Pharoah Sanders, I love The London Symphony Orchestra. It's a match made in heaven, and the result is absolutely gorgeous. I have loved this record since its release, and realized I don't own it for some reason. So its time to change that. 9.5/10 honestly could become a 10/10 on an indepth vinyl relisten. angrypizza98
